Sam is a great guy! He is new to selling but makes up for it in his eagerness and enthusiasm towards his work. If we had questions he got us answers very quickly. He was always fast in responding, always smiling, and great at communicating with all of the parties involved. Although we personally knew other realtors we chose to go with Sam after meeting him at an open house and are so happy we did!
